Drop-In classes: A Drop-In class is for anyone who wishes to try one class AFTER the session has begun. The Fee is deducted from the total cost of the session if you join.

You MUST inform us that you are coming.
\n

Trial Class: A trial class is a class that offers only one style of dance, either pole or erotic, not both.
\n

\n
Workshops:
\n
Is a combination class of both pole and erotic. It is a 90 minute class, with 45 minutes of each style. It is $30.00 and a great way to try both if you are undecided on which one you would like to start with.
\n

\n
What if you only want to try the Erotic dance and not the pole? If you want to try only one style, the 45 minute portion will cost $20.00. We recommend that you take the full 90 minutes and make your decision then.

Beginner and Intermediate levels together:
\n
If the class does not specify if it is a beginner or intermediate level, then it means that there might be a mixture of both levels in the same class. All students start with the same warm-up and follow the class plan designed for beginners but it is not unusual to see everyone in a pole class, working all at their own pace without pressure.
\n

If you email us or register, we automatically place you on our email list. You will receive newsletters with updates, new schedules and future workshops in your area. Upon request, you can be removed instantly.

If You Must Miss Your Class!!
\n
You are welcome to any of the other locations to make up a missed class as long as you do it before the session ends.
\n
Each location follows a class plan that is basically the same in all classes during that week. So if you come to a new location, you won’t be lost!

From Montreal: Take the 13 North, exit 440 East. Exit Cure Labelle (stay right) Come along Labelle. The white 2 storey building is directly across the street from Econo Lodge and Hampton Suites Hotel. Plenty of parking in the back. If you come to the front door, you can wait in the bar area for your class to start. If you come up the back stairs, you will be in the dance room. If there is a class still in progress, as a courtesy, you will have to wait in the bar area until the class is finished.
