Joe and Kim Stanley have been worship leaders and concert artists for over tewnty years. They have recorded several CD’s and ministered in worship services, revivals, conferences, and missions nationally and internationally. As an ordained minister, Joe has served on staff at two churches as Worship Leader. Kim is also involved in Women’s Ministry, leading worship and speaking. “Because the love of God has been poured into their hearts by the Holy Spirit” their passion is to lead others to be true worshipers of the King.

“Worshipful, encouraging, and evangelistic” are words often heard after The Stanley’s have shared in music and testimony. In churches of all sizes with audiences of all ages, Joe and Kim praise God with all their hearts for His faithfulness. They desire to point to Jesus as the only Hope – for salvation and true abundant life.

The greatest joy and blessing of their lives together are their four children: Jordan, along with her husband Brack, Zach, Brooke, and Jesse. They continue to keep a busy schedule. “We are blessed and humbled to have any opportunity to minister, but we are mostly just in love with Jesus and have come to realize that it’s because He is so in love with us.”

Pastor- Consider using a Music Evangelist

Dear Pastor Friend,

As you plan for your next revival, consider using the God-called music evangelist. You know the importance of the evangelistic preacher or revivalist. He is God’s man to bring God’s message. He is called and gifted to speak truth to the church resulting in spiritual growth and lifestyle change or to effectively draw the net in leading people to receive Christ as Savior and Lord. The evangelist has God’s call and enabling to communicate the gospel in such a way as to cause the comfortable Christian to become uncomfortable and the lost to carefully look at their life. The evangelist also allows for something else important to take place- You are preached to as the pastor. Your own heart is stirred as you hear God’s man preach God’s Word. You have an opportunity to be on the receiving end and to have your spiritual tank refueled.

Now, consider the music evangelist. This evangelist is also called and gifted to bring God’s truth to the church and to speak to the heart of the unsaved person in the audience through song. The music evangelist does not necessarily sing a different song but sings in such a manner as to cause the people to listen with a heightened awareness and sensitivity to the things of God. Just as you, as the pastor, have the opportunity to be preached to, your minister of music also is provided the much needed time of spiritual refueling through the music evangelist. He, regardless of his experience or ability level, can learn from the music evangelist.

You might ask, “How could I afford that?” Having recently had the dynamic team of Joe and Kim Stanley in our revival as our guest music evangelist I would say a better question is, “How can I afford not to?” Joe and Kim were such a blessing to our church. The people loved them and while we had a great preaching evangelist, I am confident that Joe and Kim were a big part in our having a packed church for each service! Their testimonies were moving and their music was Christ-honoring. Joe and Kim are uniquely gifted to sing and lead congregational signing so that young and old alike are drawn into worship. As a pastor of one church for twenty years I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Kim. Use them! They will be a blessing to your church!

I believe the opportunity to have a revival team of a preaching evangelist and a music evangelist is a decision you will not regret. Why not prayerfully consider this? I think you will be glad you did.
