Forms are the 'face' for all web based applications. The Form Module is completely
customizable and can have any number of entry fields of a wide range of
different types. It supports our unique HTML editor form type to allow easy
entry of rich text - something usually very difficult for web based
applications.

The Form Module inputs are used to pre-populate fields.
When the visitor clicks the submit button the contents of the form are sent as an
output.
Form outputs might typically be connected to inputs of a
Database, Database Reader, Mailer or SMS Module.
